Congratulations go to Crown Newlaithes Under 12's Girls 'The Pinks' League Champions for the 2007 - 2008 Season.

After a fantastic performance in a league play-off, against a battling Carlisle City after being tied on points when the league finished. This is a massive achievement especially after not having a full squad most of the time during the early part of the season, as well as having three players who had never played football for a team before!!!

It was also a big learning curve for the management team as well as Dawn had never managed before!

So congratulations must also go to Dougie & Dawn, your a credit to the club as well as the girls.

Well done and a big thank-you to all the volunteers that have helped down at Rickerby over the last week to ensure our tournament was another great success!!!

Crown Newlaithes require several players for next season in the Under 9's Boys League.  We train on a Wednesday night at Newlaithes School, Carlisle. With matches played on most weekends.  If you are interested contact Mark on 07766081890
